Everything you need to know about getting your order, and what happens if something isn't right.
Shipping within
the United States
We offer free standard shipping on every US order — no minimum, no exceptions. Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of placement. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking confirmation email with a live tracking link.
Shipping worldwide
We currently ship to the US, Canada, the UK, Australia, and most of Europe. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
Delivery times vary by destination — most international orders arrive within 7–14 business days of dispatch, though customs processing can occasionally extend this. We have no control over customs delays once a package has left the US.
Following your order
Every order ships with full tracking. You'll receive an email with your tracking number and a direct link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. If you haven't received a tracking email within 2 business days of placing your order, check your spam folder first — then contact us with your order number.
Our return policy
We want you to love your Jettaria order. If something isn't right, we'll make it right. We accept returns on unused, unopened items in original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
Items that have been opened or used are not eligible for standard returns — but may be covered by our 30-night sleep trial if you ordered within the trial window. See the Trial tab for details.
Contact us
Email [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll respond within one business day.
Receive your return label
We'll send a prepaid return shipping label to your email. No need to visit a post office — just drop it at any carrier location.
Ship it back
Package the item securely in its original packaging and attach the label. Items must be received back within 7 days of the label being issued.
Refund processed
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Something arrived damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number. We'll ship a replacement immediately — at no charge, with expedited shipping. You won't need to return the original item.
What we can't accept
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for standard returns:
— Items that have been opened, used, or removed from original packaging.
— Items returned more than 14 days after delivery.
— Items without original packaging or accessories.
— Gift cards.

Every Jettaria product comes with a 30-night sleep trial. We believe in our products enough to let you live with them for a full month before committing. If you don't sleep better within 30 nights — measurably, noticeably, in a way you can feel — we'll refund your full purchase price.
The process
Use it every night for 30 nights
The trial requires consistent use — one or two nights won't give you or us an accurate picture. Commit to the full 30 days for the complete effect.
If it's not working, email us before day 31
Send an email to [email protected] with your order number before the 30th night from delivery. That's the only deadline.
We'll issue your full refund
No deductions, no restocking fees, no partial credits. Your full purchase price, back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Keep it or return it
We'll send a prepaid return label, but we won't require the item back if returning it is inconvenient. We'd rather you keep it and think kindly of us.
A few details
The 30-night trial applies to one item per customer per product type. It is not available on sale items or items purchased with a promotional discount of 30% or more. The trial clock starts from the date of delivery, not the date of purchase.
We may ask what didn't work as part of our effort to improve — but your answer has no bearing on your refund. If you'd prefer not to say, that's completely fine.
